Transform your health with personalised physio care in Poole.

With over 30 years of experience, I specialise in treating musculoskeletal disorders, including sports injury, trauma, amputation, and joint replacements, ensuring tailored care and an individual treatment plan for each client.
I still work as an Advanced Practitioner (FCP) in local GP surgeries and teach Foot and Ankle management at Masters level.
Outside work, I play padel, pickleball, tennis, table tennis, badminton, volleyball and golf and enjoy mountain biking, Pilates, running, kayaking, yoga, skiing and hiking.
Drawing on my experience of playing multiple sports and specialist training in Kinetic Control, Sports Injury and Biomechanics, enables me to support clients of all levels with recovery from injury and moving better to prevent recurrence.
I am passionate about helping people recover from surgery or injury and empowering them to stay fit, happy, and confident in returning to their usual sport and everyday functional activities.
To this end, my approach focusses on understanding how your body moves; identifying cause and compensations so that we can target the root cause of the injury and/or pain, improving longterm performance and wellbeing.
I look forward to meeting you

Sarah is wonderful - an excellent physio, and explains brilliantly. First person to help me understand my issues
I had an outstanding experience working with Sarah. She took the time to thoroughly assess my issues, quickly diagnosed the root of the problem, and provided hands-on treatment that made an immediate difference. She also gave me clear, practical exercises to support my recovery and keep me progressing between sessions.
Sarah is both highly professional and incredibly friendly, which made the whole process comfortable and easy. Having been a professional athlete—competing in beach volleyball at the Commonwealth Games—I’ve had access to some of the best physiotherapists throughout my career. I can confidently say that Sarah is right up there with the best in the profession.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality physiotherapy care
Sarah is very knowledgeable and experienced and diagnosed the issue straighy away, treating it in one session and removing the pain ! I am so pleased!
Sarah is a fantastic physio. She listens carefully, assesses and then offers practical solutions with exercises that sort out the issue. Best physio I have ever seen.
Very easy to book, excellent treatment, professional and welcoming environment with easy parking. Note, sometimes the payment does not work first go. This is the first time that I have felt genuinely helped and help that made a big difference with useful advice and logical explanation throughout the treatment, Amazing! Thank you
I managed to slide on wet ice and hang my foot up in a tarpaulin - successfully tearing my quadriceps from my knee...
Four months after the accident I was "walking" OK but still had considerable pain and quite restricted flexibility in the knee.
Luckily I was visiting my sister and she convinced me to let Sarah Jenkins work on my knee.
"This might hurt a bit" kind of set the scene ...
Sarah proved to be stunningly competent, identifying each problem in sequence and explaining what would happen as each problem was fixed.
I left the next day with a set of exercises to follow and my knee recovery had progressed more than it had in the previous 4 months.
Most impressed.
I was really pleased with the professionalism of the service. I was seen in less than a week and Sarah thoroughly assessed me before explaining my diagnosis and doing some treatment. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking for expert physiotherapy with a personal touch.
